vikiawv 6af3e80f24 [styles] Fix Vienna U-Bahn Icon, using colors by PTA ...

Wrong colors were used for Vienna subway icons. Now light mode does use official color submitted by the PTA, dark mode was surveyed and confirmed with photos.
This PR also adjusts the Icon in the middle a bit, so the shape looks closer to the one submitted by the PTA.
