Moved options to OmimOptions.cmake
Moved some parts of configuration to OmimConfig.cmake
Removed disable color output option
Renamed DISABLE_UNITY to CMAKE_UNITY_BUILD
Renamed DIABLE_CCACHE to USE_CCACHE
